Purpose of the Emerging Into Light website
This web site is dedicated to celebrating courage, recovery and resilience. Items such as personal stories, art, fiction or poetry can be shared. Emerging Into Light focuses on inclusion of people who have mental illness.

Language and behaviour
Please abide by proper “netiquette.” Be careful about what you say about others and treat participants with respect. Do not use expletives. As well, ensure that your posting is relevant to the group.

Right to limit submissions
Based on available space, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) National Office reserves the right to limit submissions.

Although we will try to ensure that inappropriate materials are removed, the CMHA National Office cannot accept any responsibility for the content of postings. Some participants may post website links in their messages. The CMHA National Office is not responsible for the content on the websites associated with these links.
